This is a 1965 Ford Thunderbird Hardtop that we found in a barn! The body is in excellent shape, expecially for the age and the engine turns over freely without any hesitation. The oil looks good in it as well. It has a brand new starter, starter solenoid and cable as well as 3 carburetors that come with it. It has a newer Holley 4 barrel, but it comes with the original 480 cfm 4V from 1965 and a 600 cfm 4v from a 1963 Thunderbird. The interior is in pretty rough shape, but it is all there and it comes with a BRAND NEW headliner! If you wanted to restore this, the wiring would have to be looked at first as it has been sitting for a long time and some of the wiring has seperated, the interior is rough but the body is so straight that it would be worth it. The only rust that would need repaired is in the trunk. The trunk floor has a hole in it and the decklid along the inside of the trunk lid has holes as well, but that is the only spot on the car, everything else is solid. The best part is that it isn't missing any trim, it is all there to include all of the window chrome and emblems all over the car and all of the windows are perfect, no cracks, even the quarter windows! This is a great project to begin with and would definately make a great donor car for a 64-65 T-bird that needed a straight original body to use. This also comes with the original 14 inch hubcaps and a working power steering pump with new braided steel hose in the trunk.
