It has been in service since it was brand new; we are the only owner of record on this truck. The truck is in good condition for the mileage that it has. The truck has 141,146 miles. This particular truck was driven by one of our engineers and was used primarily for work purposes. This is a truck and has been used as such. It does have a fair amount of scratches as well as a few small dents/dings on the body of the truck. None of these dents are what I would consider significant and most could probably be pulled with minimal body work. This would make someone a good reliable work truck. Interior: Gray Cloth Interior AM/FM CD Player Keyless Entry Power Windows Power Door Locks Cruise Driver/Passenger Side Airbags ** to note about the Interior** The interior of this unit is in overall good condition. The seats show a typical amount of wear, but have no rips or tears. The armrest does have a crack in the plastic from typical use (leaning on it). Exterior: Black Exterior color 2WD 5.3L V-8 Vortec Engine Automatic Transmission 16” Aluminum Wheels Tires have approx.. 70% tread remaining Trailering Package **to note about the Exterior** Again this is a truck and has been used as such…. I’ve tried to take pictures that show the larger scratches and dents. As always if you need additional pictures.. Just ask. Additionally, the tailgate is tricky to get opened… this is probably something that could be fixed with minimal cost and effort. Now For The Important Stuff... This vehicle is being sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY either expressed or implied. Once the auction has ended there will be NO negotiating on price... the winning bid is the sale price. Please don't expect to negotiate the price down upon pickup or delivery. If you would like to view the vehicle prior to auction end I would highly encourage you to do so. I would be happy to show you the vehicle as I have nothing to hide. I reserve the right to end the auction early and pursue a local sale. I WILL NOT arrange shipping, nor pay for shipping. If you want the vehicle shipped you will have to arrange and pay for this yourself. Pick-up can be arranged at the offices of Independent Stave Company, Lebanon, MO. Pick-up arrangements need to be worked out prior to pick-up. We typically aren't in the office on Saturday/Sunday but special arrangements could be made if necessary. Test Drives are NOT possible.. Like I said I highly encourage you to view the vehicle prior to auction end, however for insurance purposes I will NOT let you drive the vehicle on public streets. You can start the vehicle and hear it run. We do have a large parking lot that you could "test" drive the vehicle on.. but that's it. Like I said previously... this is a company lease fleet vehicle. Some of the vehicles we will have for sale we hold title to free and clear others are still in the name of Enterprise Leasing Company. If this is the case.. Enterprise will make out the bill of sale and you will make payment to Enterprise Leasing Company. When your payment clears they will process the title and the title will be sent to you. Upon a winning bid the buyer must contact me within 24 hours to work out the details of the transaction. Payment must be received in full within 7 days of auction end. If you are unable to pick up the vehicle within 7 days a 10% or $500 (whichever is greater) non-refundable deposit will be required for me to hold the vehicle without re-listing it. Preferred methods of payment include wire transfer, official bank check or money order. Personal and business checks will be accepted but the title will not be transferred to you until the funds have cleared your bank. I WILL NOT allow sales to locations outside of the USA.
