Not original owner. Bought from California Dealership in 2008 for daugher. Runs great in good condition. Smoke free. Maintenance kept up to date and recommended repairs fixed. New rear window in covertible top. Maintenace records for my ownership can be found at Winslow BMW Colorado Springs and Irvine BMW California. Driver seat needs plastic gears replaced. Moves one way but not the other. Was this way when purchased. Took apart and adjusted for my daughter and told her not to move it. Recent failure of AC. Condenser needs to be replaced per Irvine BMW $1000 estimate. Decided not to repair since we are selling vehicle. Spare tire flat and needs to be replaced. 2 new tires and other tires have good tread. Includes seat covers and cleaning/care products for leather seats, convertible top, and rear window.
