The Jaguar E-Type (or XKE for the US market) is one of the
most attractive cars ever built. The low sleek design is timeless. First shown
at the 1961 Geneva Auto Show this model was aerodynamically designed to glide effortlessly through the air. Our XKE 2+2 is a classic front engine / rear
wheel drive sports car. The engine is a 4.2 liter 6 cylinder with an automatic
transmission. Jaguars claim for this model is a top speed of 153 mph with a 0-60 mph performance of 6.9 seconds.
We purchased this car in 2008 with the intent of making it
complete. We have moved on to other projects and are offering this as a great way for you to spend your winter.

The body is straight and in overall good condition. The
front bumper bar was re-chromed and is included as well. The wire wheels comewith 4 new tear drop wheel ends. There is the original tool kit with the tools for the knock off wheels. The cars starts and runs.

Our cars are not driven regularly but are repositioned on our lot as needed. They are stored battery out, with fuel stabilizer. Our cars start, run and drive, unless noted otherwise. This does not mean they are ready for long trips. We recommend a full mechanical inspection before taking them on the road.
