dirtbikesalvage Store 1979 Suzuki RM 400 Has the 1980 style plastic. All plastic from DC Plastics. Nice seat foam and cover. Works Performance shocks recently rebuilt. .060 over piston with a few rides on it. Bottom end was tight. Clutch works good. Rear wheel is from a 1985 CR 250, but it works great. New swingarm bearings. Tires are like new. Chain and sprockets are good. The pipe has been welded a few times, but it works. All of the cables are lubed and not frayed. Rims are straight. Nice wide foot pegs. Brake shoes are new. The tank is a steel tank that gives the bike a works look. The fork seals are fresh and do not leak. The shift shaft seal weeps and will need to be replaced.
