Not many of these 2 Door Hard Tops left. This one has alot of good features and some bad ones. It runs and drives fine and is alot of fun. It has a mid 80's Chevy 350 with a 700R4 automatic overdrive transmision. The engine runs fine, no knocks or rattles, doesn't smoke seems to be fairly stock. It has an Edelbrock intake and Holley 4 barrel. New exhaust to rear bumper. HEI distributor. The trans shifts fine into all gears and doesnt slip. The suspension and brakes are all original, brakes work well. The rear end has been changed out to a new style with open driveline, not sure what it is looks like rearend from late 50's or 60's Chevy car. I do not know the ratio. It has a floor shifter. The body is very straight and does not look like it has ever been wrecked or repaired. However it has rust, not much where it has rotted through but surface rust all over and all the chrome is pitted. The trunk is not rusted at all, one rear wheel well is rusted through on the inside, the floors were rusty and have been repaired. The previuos owner primered the car including both bumpers but didnt sand it well so its peeling off in places, The car was black before so it gives it a unique look. Interior: The dash is all stock and in ok shape, never cut up or modified. it also has surface rust and the chrome is pitted. All the guages and clock are in place but not hooked up. Converted to 12 volt and all the lights and turn signals work. There is an aftermarket guage set mounted under ths dash. New carpet, seats and door panels reupholstered but done in rat rod quality in black vinyl. Glass is all there, some of it is cracked, some of it is seperating, the side and rear glass was tinted along time ago. Cool rat rod look. Thats about it. Cool rat rod for cruising as is but definately rough. Good candidate for a restoration as it is all there and straight. I can help load it if you have a carrier come get it. I do not have any means to deliver it any distance. Cool car fun to drive always turns heads and draws a crowd. My wife (and cook) hates it so it has to go, no reserve and very fair starting bid. Car sold as is where is, no waranty. Winning bidder to send $500 throuhg paypal at the end of the auction. Payment in full within 3 days.
