It was in Great Condition before it was rear ended. The engine and transmission work properly, as does everything else on the car. The insurance company considered it a total loss, thus the reason for a salvage title, but it is an easy fix. As far as I can see and you can examine the pictures, here's what it needs: Front & Rear Bumper Covers, Rear Tailgate (glass is ok), Taillight, Gas Tank (not leaking) & Shield. The only metal damage I can see is around the taillight at the top & bottom, it is pushed in a little (see pictures). It may also need the support arm between the gas tank and bumper straightened or replaced (cheap part). I searched around and found all the above parts for $690.00, which was wholesale pricing. At retail, you're probably looking at $800 to $900. Check with your local parts yard and compare. This vehicle is being sold "AS IS" with a Salvage Title. Once repaired, you may apply for a Rebuilt Title and you're good to go. Check with your State's requirements. In Pennsylvania it's pretty simple to go from Salvage to Rebuilt Title. So there will not be any other fees collected from the buyer. Also, as stated in ad, this Jeep is being sold As Is with a Salvage Title. Although we went over this vehicle and described it to the best of what we can see, nothing is guaranteed on this vehicle. We did not see any frame damage, but we don't guarantee that there isn't any. Therefore, after your purchase is completed, anything found that is not already disclosed will not be grounds for repurchase from us. The Jeep runs fine and goes down the road straight.
