1965 Riviera for sale. I am the third owner of the car. I have clear ownership of the car, with a bill of sale. I have never titled the car in my name. Strong motor, a 401 nailhead engine in it. The motor is strong and has great compression. It has no blowby or leaks. Odometer says 36230, it might have rolled over. The car does have a small parasitic draw because the battery dies if the car is not started for an extended period of time. I think it is a stuck relay or something. i haven't looked into it. The engine is missing the compressor for the air conditioning, but the hookups are all there. I think the air conditioning would probably work with a compressor. All the glass is good, power windows work, starts, runs and drives great. Small trans leak but it could easily be fixed with a new fitting on the line, or maybe just tightening. Just ran a new fuel line and filters. Sounds great with dual glass packs on the exhaust. Shifts through the gears good and smooth. The lights all work with the exception of the drivers rear, they might just need bulbs, haven't looked into it. Clam shells are complete, but not operational. Interior is in good condition. Back seats are in great condition, driver seat has a small tear and the passenger seat has some tears as well. (shown in pictures) Body is extremely straight with some rust in the rear quarter panels which is usual for these cars. Small amount of rust on pillar by rear window. (pictured) All the chrome and stainless are in GREAT condition.
