Vehicle Detail
1969 "M" code Mustang Mach 1 Sportsroof project car. Clear PA title. This vehicle is a great place to start if you want one of the finest classics. This car came in a deal and I haven't touched it other than moving it and trying to keep it dry. I am selling it only to gather extra money to finish a 1965 project. The good: 1969 M code VIN 9T02M?????? VIN tag and door tag in place and match. Coded as "Deluxe Interior" Black Vinyl and Black Knitted Vinyl, Mach 1 Luxury Originally Acapulco Blue Metallic w/Flat Black Hood Lots of original parts. Original doors, mirrors, hood and scoop with turn signals. Door glass looks good. Rear quarters have been replaced (the final body work not complete.) Two fenders (looks like the wheel well lips have been rolled.) Mach 1 dash with clock and other interior pieces. Original (I believe) 9" with 3.25:1, Traction-Loc (by door code) Comes with clutch pedal in place (originally FMX Automatic) Comes with 351 short block (Appears fresh rebuild, not even run.) Comes with wheels and tires as shown (tires look they have minimal miles.) The car was stripped to bare metal and I put a coat of urethane primer on it to keep it from rusting. Comes with driveshaft (original?). The not-so-good: No front or rear glass. Some rust (what did you think?) I have some door panels and such that are not that great but have some usable parts on them. Roof has a few small waves in it (can't even tell in the pictures). Bottoms of doors are rusted and have some small dents in them. I do not believe the block is original (?) and no original transmission. Front clip looks replaced but looks perfectly straight. No seats. No idea haw many miles is on the car. I have a ton of 1969 parts that I can deal with this vehicle but that did not come with the vehicle, nor goes with it unless contacted in advance. As an example: Rear wing, 1969 Shelby original roll bar in perfect shape, 1969 Shelby seat retractors in perfect shape, lights and GT items, C4 trans, different mustang seats, extra doors, blah blah blah. Pick up only. $500 non refundable down payment within 24 hrs of end of auction through PayPal. Balance cash only. No trades. For sale locally so if it goes prior to the auction ending, get over it. I do not ship nor get involved. I have sold many cars and motorcycles and my feedback is perfect! Ask before you bid. If you are broke, why are you bidding? If your wife says "No", that probably means "No". If you have an erection lasting over four hours, seek immediate medical help or locate a prostitute (not advocated). All pictures are accurate except the finished car picture which represents what the car should have looked like new. Not all items in the pictures come with the vehicle (i.e. German Shepherd, some parts on the shelves, garage, etc.) It is a project car, which means that it is not complete and it is not drivable. On Jan-05-12 at 08:33:43 PST, seller added the following information: I have lowered the reserve on this Mach 1! We are almost there! Also, the dash with the 140 mph speedo, tach and clock come with the car as well as the console. This is gonna be a great car. Thanks for all the questions and responses:) Good luck! Rick PS If you find the spelling mistake, win the bid and pay the down payment and the bid price, you get either a $1 or a $5 bill (your choice). On Jan-08-12 at 05:37:48 PST, seller added the following information: *********For all 152 of you that asked...I lowered the RESERVE to $3,600. This car will sell! For all that asked about extra parts, I will contact you after the car is picked up and we will discuss a sale on ebay. I will also be listing numerous items on ebay afer the sale of the Mach 1. Thanks to the people that have stopped by to see the car (I love talkin' to car folks!) Sorry if I talked your ears off. Good luck. Rick PS I am also throwing in a feral cat that sometimes lives in the trunk (but you have to catch it) for FREE! That's right...FREE! You are responsible for spading or neutering;)
