While the miles are high, the quality and function of this sedan is far better than to be expected from a vehicle of this year and miles. All mechanics and amenities work exactly as they should. This is a pretty car that you will never be embarrassed to drive. Whenever we get a vehicle into inventory, the first thing we do is take it to our automotive shop for a fresh state safety inspection and a look over to be sure everything is operating as it should. There were a few things we had done, but nothing significant or unrelated to normal wear and tear. This Lincoln has performed exactly as it should since we have had it. Exterior: The exterior of this 2000 Lincoln LS is officially called Ivory. It is a very nice off white color that exudes class. There are subtle touches of Chrome and black to set off the light color. The side view mirrors are also Ivory as are the pull out door handles and bumpers. There are fog lights on the lower Ivory grill on the front. You also have a license plate bracket here. The grill has touches of chrome as well. The rear bumper is Ivory. This consistent color adds quite a bit to the overall look of this Lincoln. There is a strip of Chrome back here for added flare. The brake lights are large and rounded. There is a small area on the passenger side of the rear bumper where the paint has cracked off. The rear end has all the details of the traditional Lincoln we all recognize. The P215/60/R16 wheels just passed the rigorous VA State Safety inspection. So they have plenty of tread left. The alloys have very minimal if any curb chew. They are the factory alloys. Overall, this vehicle has all of the amenities you could want in a luxury sedan. While you will find a few minor scuffs or nicks, there is some fading of the black accent on the driver side door. There is nothing significant that is not indicative of normal wear and tear. This is really a good looking car that has been loved. I would not hesitate to sell it to a friend or family member. Interior: This Lincoln LS has all of the amenities you would find in a luxury sedan. From leather seating surfaces to all power options, this LS is comfortable. The front seats are both bucket style with power adjustable settings. They are very comfortable and you can customize them however you like. There is some excessive yet not abnormal wear on the driver side seat from getting in and out over time. See the pictures, there are some tears in the upholstery. The driver side door has power controls for the locks and 1 touch power windows. There are also large storage compartments on the bottom of the door. You also get wood grain inserts here. The door handles are chrome for a little extra pizzazz. The interior passenger side front door is missing the door handle to exit. This can probably be easily replaced, we have not done it to keep the price affordable. The steering wheel has audio and cruise controls for easy accessibility. This makes for fewer distractions while driving. There is some wear on the wheel part here. The gauge panel has all of your standard gauges. The odometer is digital which is easier to read. There is a glove box with owner’s manual. This Lincoln LS comes with 2 sets of keys, each with a keyless entry fob. The center console is accented with wood grain trim and houses the audio and climate control systems. The digital climate control is so easy to use and see. There is a cassette player, AM FM tuner, and a CD Changer mounted in the trunk. Between the front bucket seats there is the gear shifter, again with wood grain trim. There is also a Trac on/off button. There is a padded armrest with additional storage below. You also have cup holders here as well. Over head you will find a fully powered sunroof with sunshade. This is a really nice option. You can let the light and or the breeze flow in. One thing I noticed about this particular car is that if the roof is open when you turn the car off, the roof will automatically close on its own. This is awesome, we have seen many a car with moldy smell because people left the window open. The rear bench seat can hold 3 more adults. It is actually very roomy back here. There is a center armrest that will flip down and has 2 more cup holders. There is some minor wear back here, again not what I would expect to see with a 2000 model vehicle with these miles on it. The cargo/trunk are is carpeted and lighted. The floor board pulls up to show a full size spare tire and the battery. The trunk and gas door both have remote releases on the inside of the cabin. You will also find the CD Changer back here as well. Overall this is a fantastic sedan. We have value priced this Lincoln based on the year and miles. While you will find small insignificant signs of wear, there is no indication this Lincoln was ever abused. If you have reasonable expectations, you will be pleasantly surprised. I do not notice any foul or cigarette odors in this Lincoln, even though I do see burn marks on the ceiling next to the sunroof.
