I am selling my 1989 Porsche 944 S2 with the 3.0ltr engine and manual tranny. The car has 69,900 miles on it. I've put brand new rims with Yokahama tires and a brand new clutch assembly. I've owned this car for a couple of years but have only driven it maybe a dozen times. It's a small car, and I dont fit into it very well. The car handles great, as it's a Porsche, and has good power with the 3.0ltr. It has Recaro seats with air lumbar support. This was the first year for the 944 S2, it has the same round nose and rear valance as the turbo models. The S2 model also got an upgraded tranny and gearing increasing horsepower and torque. Only 2691 of the 944 S2's were made in 1989, so this is a rare car in great shape. Please email with any questions or if you need any better pictures of anything on the car. Thanks for looking... On Jan-02-12 at 12:36:37 PST, seller added the following information: I dont know if the timing belt or water pump have ever been changed. I have no records of it being done, but if they are as bad as what I'm hearing, I'm guessing this car has had them changed or it would have broken down by now...We have never raced this car, not real fast in my opinion, the seats were added by the previous owner. I also dont have the stock rims.
