1931 MODEL A FORD TUDOR ALL METAL CAR NO RESERVE NO RESERVE NO RESERVE BID AND GET GET THIS EXCELLENT BUY! A complete fine running vehicle missing only the windshield wiper motor assembly. Rebuilt distributor–rebuilt carburetor–rebuilt generator–new generator cutout Four new whitewall tires & tubes mounted three thousand miles ago. Gas gauge kit installed recently New battery and battery cut-off switch june 27, 2011 Turn signals and luggage rack on rear were recently installed All new water hoses and water tube New roof material installed and it looks nice Brakes have been adjusted and will stop you very well. Parking brake works too! This is a great car for a person who wants to buy an old car at a reasonable price which can be driven to have a lot of fun with. It is mechanically sound and has a lot more tour life left in it. The paint looks fine from a distance but is amateur quality It is a tour car rather than a trailer queen. It is clean and decent enough to not be ashamed to show up in. The brakes work very well having been redone at a local licensed garage. It has seal beam headlights. It has friction type shock absorbers on the front and the rear shocks are missing. The engine was overhauled 3,425 miles ago and the rear main only leaks a few drops after a day’s run. The gas tank is solid with no leak at gas gauge or steering column bracket. New king pins have been installed on the front axle. The steering is OK and there is no shimmy. All glass is excellent and the windows do roll up and down fine. The speedometer works, amp gauge works, gas gauge works, brake lights work, dash light works. In short, everything works except no wiper motor. The transmission shifts fine with a smooth operating clutch. No unusual drive train noise. The body does have rust at the lower cowl panel on both sides of the vehicle. The front fenders do have body filler. This is not a rust free car but is still plenty solid. There is a vacuum operated fan mounted on the right behind the windshield that is kind of neat on hot days. A picnic basket comes with the car as does an old jack, engine crank, and 1931 reproduction owner manual. This is a basic easy starting, good running, stock car mostly as Henry built it. The engine oil was changed 114 miles ago. Yes, you can drive this car right now. The owner has downsized by moving to a mobile home park that has no room for his vintage pride and joy. International buyers are welcome but will need to make their own transport arrangements. Payment is to be make by bank to bank wire transfer unless other arrangements are made acceptable to seller. Sale is FOB El Dorado, Ca. 95623. Vehicle inspections are welcome by appointment.
