1969 Triumph TR6 for sale. This is a solid project car that can either be put together and driven or taken completely apart and restored to a various levels from a nice driver to show quality. The car has freshly rebuilt Stromberg carbs and does run but the carbs need to be tuned. The carb work was performed at a well-known shop in the San Francisco Bay Area called The Old English Garage in Burlingame California. The car previously had been sitting garaged since it was last registered in 1994. I have clean California title and no fees are due as it is on a Non Operational Permit. The original carpet was used up so I have removed it. I also removed the door panels but they are included with the car. I also replaced the cooling hoses on the motor but other than that have not done much to the car. I have left the car with the dust it accumulated while stored so I have not dolled it up for sale. The seats are solid. The passenger seat looks as though it could be cleaned up and be fine. The drivers seat needs to be recovered. Originally my plan was to just clean it up and drive it but my schedule realistically allows no time for this. The car is in overall good condition; needs interior and bodywork but this car could be a great project for someone. I tried to show the worst parts of the car and I would say the rust in the trunk is the main issue with the car. There is a section that will need to be replaced. There is some rust/scaling in the drivers side foot well but I think this could be sanded out primed and painted with no problems. The passenger side foot well is nice and you can see the original paint still there. There are good photos via the link below to see all areas of the car. Car looks to have an original spare and original red line tire but not sure.
