One very kool, driver quality galaxie country squire wagon. 390 automatic with a/c Used everyday for the last few years. very reliable, very smooth, turns alot of heads for being a virtually stock vehicle. I have had some wild customs over the years, and this gets more attention than most. I don't know how to describe it better than it gets up and goes all the time. Not a racer, but if you like to cruise with the wife, kids, neighbors, band, or just a whole bunch of friends and pull a trailer to boot, this is your next ride. No rust or rot anywhere. Originally a west coast car. A few chips and scratches in the paint, but that just adds to the character ( and you don't have to worry about a new paint job, just enjoy ) . Glass is excellent and even the rear window goes up and down smoothly. sometimes you have to motivate it with a tap on the tailgate, but it never did not work. The interior is the worst part. Not terrible, but could use some attention. threads starting to unravel, headliner sags a bit. Again not a show car, its a driver. adjust to your liking. Surf board on roof goes with the car. Looks too good to remove. Woodgrain on sides is not perfect. it was given to me be by a friend, and is not ford correct, but it's real close.Rims are "radir" style, but not real radirs. tires are excellent. Chrome is very good. Here is a list of everything New that has been done over the last 3 years. I am probably forgetting a few things, but you'll get the point. New: Carburetor, complete exhaust system including re-surfacing the exhaust manifolds. Straight out no mufflers into 24" bellflower tips. quiet at idle and cruise, but when you step on it super loud roar. Just the way I like it.power brake booster, transmission, complete front end except for springs, but including, ball joints, bushings, tie rod ends etc. Brand new power steering unit AND cylinder. Dealer installed a/c not hooked up but clutch engages with on/off switch and fan blows. Email or leave a number with any other questions. NO RESERVE Car has never been undercoated and you can see from the underside pictures nothing but surface rust. I have never seen another wagon with no rust before.
