1986 Mitsubishi starion for sale for PARTS or a RESTO project. We picked up this car years ago as our own resto project, put alot of money into the car, replacing alot of the engine including the engine itself. We picked up a conquest, put the engine into this car. We do not have the time/ the funds to continue working on this vehicle so we would like to see it go to a good home. This is a pick up only transaction. if you are out of state we will be more than willing to work with you on setting up arrangements to have a tow truck pick up the vehicle. We had it on the road for a few months, it died shortly after it seemed ( even when running ) a little rough but once warmed up it seemed to work good. It currently DOES NOT RUN NOW and has been stationed in a backyard on a tarp and covered for the time it has been there we would occasionally roll it back and forth so the axles do not freeze up. The interior is almost pristine, minus the dirt on the floor, the steering wheel has buttons that we did not fix. but it is fixable. there was side damage done on the rear right panel from the previous owners, we were unable to fix that ( didn't have the time ). here is a listing of what we put into this car. ALOT of new parts and alot of love, i hope whoever wins can finally give this car a spotlight on the road like it deserves. and yes.. we do have the title so no concerns there we also have documentation on the work that we put into it which is about.. 3,500, it only a few grand or less away from being a great car. it was inspected ( MASS ) back in 09, it WILL NOT PASS NOW .
