Up for auction is my 1954 international r-100 short bed truck.the front frame section is from a 1981 camaro.so it has gm power steering,power disc brakes in front, and buick grand national aluminum drums in the back.its wired with an ez wire kit,it is all 100% new wiring throughout the entire truck,it is powered by a 350ci smallblock chevrolet(does not leak,smoke,or burn oil)it has a rodchester quadrajet 4bbl carb, hei ignition,an edelbrock streetmaster intake,long tube headers, polished aluminum fabricated valve covers with billet rail billet breather,billet water neck,billet alternator bracket,aluminum gilmer belt alternator drive,it has a direct fit aluminum radiator and electric fan, it never gets over 190 degrees even in the heat of summer.it has single chamber flowmaster mufflers that go to the rear of the cab.short tail th-400 transmission,red anodized transmission cooler,8.5 10 bolt rear w/ 3:23 gears.it has craiger wheels,the tires are in good shape.it has a lokar 23' shifter, with custom IH shift knob and adapter,1971 camaro RS steering column,gm brake booster and master cylinder, many parts where new when we built it last winter such as,long water pump, all belts and coolant hoses,power steering hoses, gilmer pulley kit,alternator,alternator bracket valve covers,trans cooler,radiator,lower control arms,front shocks,hei ignition(plugs wires ect)rear tires and wheels(fronts where lightly used).all brakes(calipers,hoses,pads,shoes,rotors) ect,shifter,3 gauge cluster,and lots of other parts.i have driven it approx.1000 miles, mechanically it has been reliable,it has a reese reciver hitch, i have towed about 3000-3500 lbs with it a few times and it actually tows great. it does pull to the right a little bit since i installed the new lower control arms,bushings and balljoints. i would reccomend an allignment, however ive droive it like this 3-400 miles,it does have a slight tire vibration at certain speeds.it just needs them balanced.the glass is all present(except for the drivers door glass but it will be included i the auction),the windsheild has some cracks, the rest of the glass has bubbles or fog where it is separated,it never bothered me, and i have been driving it like this for the last 8-9 months and it hasnt gotten worse.i would say it needs window seals if its going to be left out in the weather,it does have rust in the cab corners, bed floor and a little bit in the lower fenders,it does have some dents and dings, but overall its a solid truck,it is not a show truck! theres no rot in the cab mounts or floor, and the bed floor has new and extra crossmembers to make up for the rust in the bed.the windsheild wipers are not hooked up,i used rainx,and never had a problem.if you have any questions please ask them! if you would like more pictures or information on somthing please send me a message.deposit of $500 must be paid via paypal within 48 hours of auction close and paid in full within 2 weeks of auction close,and picked up within 3 weeks of auction close.thanks for looking!On Dec-17-11 at 19:26:45 PST, seller added the following information: i also have extras that come with the truck,i have a set of west coast mirrors made for lrs series ih trucks, the original mirror brackets, hood emblems,and other parts.if you use buy it now ill include a B&M holeshot 3000 converter.On Dec-18-11 at 07:19:07 PST, seller added the following information: must pay $500 deposit through paypal within 48 hours of auction end, and must pay balance in cash in person when picked up.no bidders oustide the usa.
