For sale by the owner. This 1973 Honda CB500 FOUR K-2 was purchased from the original owner, who kept it garaged for 28 years. It had been modified into a 1970s-era pseudo-chopper with extended fork tubes and aftermarket, raked triple trees. When the current owner (Crossroads Cycles, Rio Rancho, NM) obtained the bike, the decision was made to build a customized, retro cafe racer clone. Using the highest quality OEM and aftermarket parts, the professionals at Crossroads Cycles have produced one of the prettiest and most dependable bikes available, and have done so at an affordable price! No effort has been spared to create this little gem. Every system has been thoroughly inspected and serviced and the bike is in excellent conditon. With less than 12k original miles, it is barely broken in! She runs like a Swiss watch and will give her new owner years of enjoyable riding. The bike has a clear New Mexico title, but the registration is expired. It will be offered here to the highest bidder, but is also for sale locally and the auction will be cancelled if it sells to someone walking in the door.
