This car is the daily driver for my daughters over the past four to five years. This car is great fun to drive and is in excellent mechanical shape, especially for it's age. It has been re-painted a few years back, body is straight but not perfect. Body condition is what you would expect for a daily driver. The car is now located in the Des Moine Iowa area, but is rust free mainly because it came up here from Florida when we moved. Everything works on the car. The origional radio was replaced with a Sony AM/FM CD player, but I still have the origional radio. The power windows work, the power mirrors work, the air condtioner is cold, the heater fan works. This is a car that I have kept and maintained in origional condition. At some point in time I thought that I would do something with the car when the girls got tired of it, but at this time it does not look like it. Tries were replaced a year ago. It has a good standard exhaust. I would say that you could keep the car as is and drive it all you want. Or it is an unmolested platform that you can work off of. Only item on my wish list to get around to on this car is to replace the rear sub frame bushings. Not required, but afterall the car is going to be sixteen years old. There are a couple of small cracks in the dash, but I believe that can be taken care of. Also, this car has not been smoked in as long as it has been in my hands.
