selling no reserve high bidder wins! 1968 Mercury Montego Mx this car is in real good shape for it's age! the car is super solid, the only rust I can see is a couple pin holes around the gas cap flap(the drain was plugged so it was filled mud and water) the paint is faded but all original, the roof had a vinyl top but it was removed and all the surface rust was scaled off and the roof was coated with POR15 it has custom mag wheels with decent tread, the front brakes have been converted to disk brakes and stops on a dime, it has power steering (car pulls to the right) motor sounds great! and in the warm weather the car runs like a champ! in the cold the carb loads up, the motor is a 302 with the factory 2bbl carb, everything looks stock under the hood the car haas new carpet in it the back seat is in great shape, but the front lower seat needs recovered and headliner seems to have all the stitches coming out, so it needs to be redone, and the dash is cracked up (I know where ones is) the odometer says 35,000 but I'm sure it's 135,000, but who knows? I'm just not a Ford guy but ended up with it from a trade deal, so happy bidding! selling no reserve!
