1973 Triumph Trophy

I inherited this classic Triumph Trophy Trail 5 years ago, and at the time it was running well and registered in California. I do not have much technical knowledge or expertise with motorcycles, but I do know that my father was a purist when it came to restoring his classic British motorcycles. I probably cannot answer all technical questions, but I will try my best. Matching frame and engine numbers.Last time it ran was two years ago and it ran great. To be on the safe side, bike should be properly prepped before attempting a restart, eg oil and gas drained and replaced, plugs replaced, carbs cleaned, etc.MILEAGE EXCEPTION: Speedometer and odometer are not working and shows 11,918 miles. I would assume that they were functional when the motorcycle was last registered 5 years ago, and that not too many miles were added on.Can give Bill of Sale immediately. Since this motorcycle was inherited 5 yrs ago, we are in process of getting new title and expected to receive in 2 to 7 weeks depending on any additional documents that we may have provide to DMV.
