This is a nice 6cyl Diesel Mercedes  ML.  This was bought from an insurance company. This Runs and Drives Perfect. This was "deemed" a flood  from Knoxville. We talked to the Mercedes dealer on this car and what they told  me is this. The kids of the owner thought they would wash the car and surprise  the parents. They somehow left the water hose in the floor board of the car. On  the floor under the passenger seat is a small computer which we replaced and the  car is perfect. The dealer had cleaned and dried it out but the insurance  company totaled it anyway to release liability.   WE Drove this car for 3 Months daily. Drives like a new one. The hood has a ding, the rear deck lid does not automatically close but  auto lock works (could be fuse). The passenger seat feels like there is  something loose and rocks a bit (we didn't look into it). The driver heated seat does not come on. This smells normal nice  inside and It is a clean car. Everything else works perfect. Premium  package. Xenon headlights, iphone hookup, bluetooth, XM SAT. Tires are nice. This is sold with a salvage title.  There will be a $200 title fee added to for a dealer fee. ***   Again the car is Mechanically Perfect and Drives like a new one. *** I guarantee  you like this car or you don't have to take it at pickup I guarantee  you like this car or you don't have to take it at pickup Folks that are asking about the salvage  title. A car gets a salvage title when an insurance company pays a car off. They  do this to release the liability on the car and tax write off. If this where  your car and someone hit you then you would hope and demand for a new car. This  is how it gets paid out and a salvage title. If it were your fault then you  might not get that option. Folks must  understand that if you make a flood claim the insurance companies don't take the  risk of liability and total them out. Even if it is a window rolled down and  rain.  For example if something fell on a door glass and broke it in the rain it will  be "Deemed" a flood. Check your state for getting a salvage  title "rebuilt". In most cases it is an easy process. We can do it for  you for an extra $190 charge.
