I am the first owner of this car and have driven it all but a few hundred of the total miles. I used this to drive to work as a heavy equipment operator so it saw some job sites and hauled some tools and parts. This car was not pampered like most Hondas are but was used in the real world and has some scuffs to show for it. I have a full shop of my own so the maintenance was done regularly and properly. The windshield was replaced earlier this year so the view ahead is clear not sandblasted like most cars this age. The brake pads and rotors were changed all around a few thousand miles ago as were the tires. The oil was changed yesterday. This car is ready to go. Issues: The only thing that does not work properly is the electric mirror ajustment, it goes up and down but not in and out. I am the only driver so it hs not been a problem and you can ajust them manually. It must be the rocker switch as both sides do the same thing. About 4 years ago a kid hit me in the rear in a construction zone and caused some damage around the gas cap and rear corner of the car. I carry a high deductable and opted to replace the bumper and quarter panel cladding in my own shop. There is some denting under the cladding that does not cause any problem at all. I just don't want anyone to think I am trying to hide anything. The repair is cosmetically acceptable for a car this age. The drivers seat started to wear so I put Honda seat covers on the front seats. The seats are solid. I have retired and gas milage is not the issue it was when I had to drive long distances to work so I bought a new pickup truck. I love this little car and will be sad to see her go but I just don't need her anymore. The Element is a fun and dependable car and everyone that drives one feels like I do. I would drive this car coast to coast with no hesitation right now. I am listing at a reasonable price and reserve offering a great little car at a fair price.
