Vehicle Detail
1967 Pontiac Lemans with a 1968 Pontiac 400 out of a GTO the motor has under 1,000 miles on a full rebuild (heads included) It has the original transmission (Automatic power glide) that has been rebuilt with under 20 miles on it. I bough this car earlier this year after it had been sitting in storage for many years. I have invested a lot of time and money into the car but I need to make some financial changes. It originally had a 326 that I was going to rebuild but I had an opportunity to by the 400 out of a 1968 GTO so I went that route. The car runs, drives and stops and has a ton of new parts that have been purchased within the last 6 -7 months. The car has been stripped down so there is no bondo surprise and is basically at the body and paint stage. The Glass is good and I believe the car has about 90% of everything to be complete. I removed the chrome around the windows and doors very carefully. it does not have the bottom chrome panels but I was not planning on putting them on. The original color was a off white, the door jambs and under the carpet is the original color. Below is a list of things that i have purchased for the car since I have owned it. Pontiac 400 with under a 1k miles on a rebuild Rebuilt Transmission with a Brand new Torque Converter Mickey Thompson aluminum valve covers Flex Fan and adapter Brand new Edelbrock 1406 carb Edelbrock performer intake Brand new aluminum air cleaner Brand new aluminum radiator and hoses Brand new water pump Brand new Accel wires Brand new HEI ignition Brand new voltage regulator Brand new Alternator Brand new power steering and hoses Brand new gauges Brand new belts All fluids in the motor and transmission are fresh Brand new platinum battery and cables Brand new gas tank and fuel sending unit Brand new master cylinder and fluid Brand new door/trunk/hood and tail light seals Brand new QTY 4 Gabriel shocks (back are air shocks) Keystone raider wheels Qty 4 brand new tires (under 20 miles) Brand new Primer/Reducer/Activator/wax and grase remover from NCS coatings Two Brand new dual chamber mufflers (not installed) pipes are just straight back from the manifolds. Brand new hood hinges Brand new hood insulation The motor, motor compartment, trunk and front/rear suspension have been painted with por-15 Brand new black carpet kit in the same material used in 67 The car is nice and solid with little to no rust. the trunk is solid and nothing on the car should need to be cut out and replaced. I did fix and put two drain holes below the back window where they are known to have problems. I am asking a more than fair price for the car considering most of the hard work is done and the next step is the body. The interior is in really good condition for the age and pretty much complete. the dash is not cracked and the radio and lights work. I will include anything that I have that will be of any use. Also take a look at the pics as have a bunch of things labeled in bags. I have tried to describe the car as best as possible. Please call (801-706-1782) or ask questions if you have any before you buy. I have the original California title and I will also provide a bill of sale. Shipping is the buyers responsibility but I will assist how ever I can to help. I will have everything included in the trunk and will include a car cover SOLD AS IS
