Honda TRX450re 2007 Please read before you Bid Well friends, after a lot of years on ebay it has finally happened to me. I got burned. Nove70 won the bid for this bike, out bidding many other legit buyers and then never contacted me to arrange payment etc. I want everyone who bids on this bike to understand that my wife and I and our to two children (ages 2 and 8) are counting on the money from the sale of this bike. We are not a business, we are regular people with bills and time limits. I hate to even sell it in the first place but it has to go. Please understand that there is a place in this world for "day dreamers, want-to-be's, tire kickers, and shucks-I-wish-I-could-own-that-bike types" they just dont belong here on this page. This is a legal auction, its a business transaction, it a public written contract and the buyer along with the seller have obligations. Here are your requirements to bid 1. Please, if you dont understand the above paragraph dont go on to the next one. I am the original owner of this bike. I bought it brand new in 2007. I got this quad for the sand dunes in Califorina. We made one or two trips every year until 2010. The bike is bone stock,electric start, never wrecked, adult owned,Honda oil, motor and trans and suspension have never been played with etc. In 2010 we didnt go to the dunes and the bike just sat. You guys know what happens when you let motorbikes and quads sit. She just wouldnt start(quit running) for the next trip. So the carb is gummed up and the battery is dead or may need replacement. In 2011 I took the airbox and carb off to start the carb clean up. So that brings us up to today. The carb is off but I have not touched it. I checked the motor with a borrowed carb, so I know the motor is fine. The plastic is in good.. but not super shape. There are no cracks in it but it seems a little dull from the sun. Maybe a good scrub with plastic cleaner would bring it back? The frame paint is good, it has the rub marks from my riding boots right above the foot pegs. Chain is a little rusty from sitting. I do have aftermarket handle bars on but dont remember the name. So if your looking for a show room quality bike this may not be it. I did ride this bike. The bike is paid for and I have a clean arizona title. To sweeten the deal I am going to throw in my(SandGear-aluminum) paddle tires...same story, they have two dune trips per year...no plugs or flats. The bottom line is, Im just plain out of time with this project. Wife says it has to go so..... this is a no reserve auction! It will go to the highest bidder. What you see is what you get.
