this is an old school Honda Express NC 50 (1980) scooter/moped. It is in working order. I used to ride it to work but now I am taking my bicycle to work and could use the space in my garage. the guy who works on it for me says it probably needs a new "petcock" as sometimes there is a leak. The headlight only has one setting as the other one is burned out; I think it is the high beam that works. I have been riding it like that for so long I can't remember. To replace the light you are looking at about $60.00. It does not need to be replaced as the light does work. if you have any questions, email me before you bid. all sales are final!!!! There is no title with this moped. I will give a written bill of sale to the winning bidder. This can be used to register the moped and get your license plate. I currently have a plate on it but I will be keeping that. I prefer local pick up. Bidders who are unable to pick the moped up locally will have to arrange for pickup of the bike, packing and shipment to your destination. Deposit of $100.00 is required within 48 hours of auction ending. This payment is non-refundable should you be unable to ship or pick up the bike. Full payment is due within 5 days of auction ending. if full payment is not received, buyer forfeits the deposit and I will re-list the moped. On Nov-08-11 at 09:18:08 PST, seller added the following information: ALSO ~ moped does not have original air filter. that is on the other side in which is not in the pics. It would be the other side of the white cover on the engine. It has an air filter but not the original one inside the plastic cover. The bike also has some rust on the chrome; you cannot see the pits/rust real well in the pics. I will send pics to you if you ask for them. It also leaks sometimes from the engine area. the guy who works on it says he thinks it is the petcock - but not sure. I mix the gas and oil together rather than use the oil reservoir; I don't want to take the chance of burning up the engine. Any other questions let me know before you bid!
