This is a 2002 600cc F4i. This bike has been wrecked; but prior to the wreck the bike ran great. I bought it on eBay in October of 2009. I rode it at the track with NESBA a few times as well as to work when I could, but I wrecked in in March of 2010. The engine cover was cracked in the accident. I replaced that, the bike started and ran fine. The bike sat for a long time, and now will not start. I know nothing about working on bikes; but I was told it likely needs a new fuel pump, or the tip sensor is bad, or it needs a battery, or there is a wiring issue. The wiring harness has been all spliced together (I bought it that way) so I would guess that at least. What you see is what you get...although I do have the headlight assembly and will put that in as well.The engine was fine, the brakes were new, and everything else on it worked great. It was lowered quite a bit by the person I bought it from, but the lowering link could be removed. The paint job is ugly....so it is no show bike. It ran like a champ though. It also has a Power Commander hooked up to it but I have no idea if it ever worked. it also has an after market exhaust (not a cheap-o one) and a Vortex rear set on the driver side (that alone is worth the price!) It did not smoke or leak any fluids, the shifting and braking was smooth and responsive. It is standard shift (not GP).It would be a perfect parts bike, a good project bike (if you like to work on bikes), or a great bike to convert into a track bike. I have another F4i I use solely as a track bike. I had intended to either get this pink bike running and use it as my street bike- or if I did not get it running to use it for parts for the track bike. I do not have time, space, or skill to mess with it anymore. This would be a great bike to work on over the winter to have it prepped for Spring.The mileage is approximate and it likely has less miles on it than that. I cannot start it to see the mileage; but it had 12,700 miles on it when I bought it and I rode it for 6 months- it was all cold weather so I was not exactly riding it every day but I did ride when I could. The title is clear and I have it in hand. There is a $500 non-refundable deposit required at auction close. Pick up only please; sorry- I cannot deliver it. You can pick it up or have it picked up on any weekend or evening before November 20th. Final payment is due at that time.
