Vehicle Detail
I am offering for sale a 2002 Subaru Impreza RS 2.5 sedan. this vehicle has body damage to the front, and is being sold with a Missouri Salvage certificate of title. The car runs and drives, and should be a very good car when repaired. The damage I see is done to the hood, left fender, radiator cradle (innerstructure), front bumper, headlamps, grille, radiator, A/C condenser, cooling fans, and windshield. The right fender has a very slight bend not visible in the pics, very useable. The timing covers were cracked, and you will need new covers. I have purchased a used radiator and cooling fans, and the A/C condenser, they are included, stored in the trunk. the air bags are good, the interior is very clean on this car. This car is very similar in appearance to the WRX. It has the same spoiler, I purchased this car for my son, and then before repairing it, bought a 2004 WRX theft recovery, so opted to fix it. I do have a set of original Subaru 16" Aluminum wheels that are available at extra cost if interested upon purchase of the car. If you have any questions, need more pictures, or want to come inspect it in person, please e-mail me and I will get back to you. Located in Southern Illinois, about 90 miles south of Mt. Vernon, and near Paducah, KY, and Cape Girardeau, MO. Regarding the salvage title, some states (Illinois is one) do not allow an individual to purchase a vehicle with a salvage title. Other states do, please check with your local titling bureau about legality of title transfer. If you are in a state that does not allow ownership, you would need a licensed rebuilder or body shop to actually take possession and repair it before you could title it. Again, any questions, please ask before bidding. I ask that you contact me first before placing a bid if you have less than 10 feedback. Thanks for looking.
