Vehicle Detail
Hello, this is a 1985 Chevrolet Silverado C10 Short Bed Pickup Truck. This is a very nice looking truck. It is very solid, no rust. I bought this truck from the south. I stored it in the winter, never drove it. It has Corvette style seats in it, with custom door panels, and sun visors. It is a very good running truck. I was told it had a 350, but have never checked the numbers to verify it. It has Flowmaster Exhaust with headers. It has an aluminum intake and an electric fuel pump. The paint on the truck looks nice, although, when I purchased the truck, the hood and roof of cab had fading from being baked in the southern sun, as seen in the pictures posted. The sides of the truck have no fading from the sun. There are some minor scratches here and there, but no big dents. I want to be honest, but this is a very nice truck and I get alot of compliments on how sharp it looks. I have used it for going back and forth to work. A/C needs charging, but it does work. Driver side power window needs a switch or motor, I am not sure, I never looked into it. Those are the only two things that I am aware of that would need attention. Like I said, I want to be honest, but it really is a nice truck. You are more than welcome to come view this truck in person if interested. Thanks for looking! Hi, I have had a couple questions on the reason for selling the truck and one on the engine #'s. The reason for selling the truck is that on October 3rd I had started a new job in a steel mill about twenty miles away from home. Which is a lot of driving on I-65. Which in the winter here where I am at can be difficult at times. My past job that I had I drove a 4x4 truck all winter long for plowing snow, which I drove back and forth two work. I am on a probation period for 1040 hours at my new employment, so I have to be there in all wheather. The engine #'s are V0628DBH or V0623DBH but i beleive that it is the first one. Also this truck does not have a catalatic converter on the exhast system. So if you have emissions in your aera I am not sure if it would pass. I never took it to get tested. Also this truck is sold as is no warranty. You are more than welcome to come look or drive this truck. Or have someone else check it out for you. I'm ok with that, I would like the new owner to be happy with it. You can also look at the history report on this truck to see where it came from. Thanks Again
