Always been oil undercoated til now. The frame was cleaned off, spray with Rustoleum Hammered and then sprayed with Permatex Rubber Undercoating. JUST SOME OF THE receipts 5/12/06-replace both wheel bearings 7/26/06-replace left front wheel bearing. replace the right inner tie rod. replace pitman arm 8/16/06-replace fuel tank and straps 4/13/07-replace engine oil cooler lines pipe & hose 9/7/07-replace shifter cable 3/21/08-replace rear backing plates. e brake shoes. rear brake rotor and pads 5/22/08-brake line repair from brake master cylinder. 20in and 40in and brake union 6/10/08-replace right rear brake caliper,grease seal and turned brake rotor 7/7/08-right rear tire plug 1/23/09-replace front brake pads and rotors 3/16/09-abs light on replace right front wheel hub/brg assembly 7/28/09-replace right and left front upper and lower ball joints 11/17/10-replaced rear heated oxygen sensor 12/8/10-replaced rear brake calipers, pads and brake rotors. replaced right front break flex hose and right front brake caliper. bled brakes. 1/21/11- power steering hose splicer. 2/1/11-replace serpentine belt 5/23/11 rebuilt transmission with 6month/6000mile warranty 10/2011 Upgraded rearend to a zr2 posi (fully inspected and with fresh gear oil) 10/2011 Rubber Undercoated with Permatex 10/2011 Transfer case has all new fluids as well The bad: small dings in bed from when i removed bed with another person and they couldn't handle the weight. Minor body rust on runners of cab. Pics included. Paint not perfect but sexy from 10 feet:) 3rd door was hand sprayed because it was replaced and replacement door was black and silver This is a great truck and is very reliable!
