There is no reserve so the car will sell after meeting the starting price. CALL 631-357-2602 anytime. This is my 1970 mustang fastback that is very solid with many Mach 1 original options! Let me be the first one to tell you that I am not a mustang guru by all means so I pictured all I can of the car to answer all your questions. What I have written is pretty much what I know about the car. The hood is flat black now as those pictures show and the car has 102k original miles. It is a matching 302 eng., trans, rear. This is a very original, very very solid original car with it's original interior, except the front seats which appear to be leather cougar seats, rear seat is perfect and original! The paint is very presentable but the top of the car is faded. This is an original car that is very solid and I pictured as much of it as possible to show you! Inner fenders and shock towers have never been repaired and have NEVER been rusted, the floors are exc. (underside appears to have never been rattle canned either) and trunk is excellent as well and I pictured the worst parts,and those sections have NO RUST OR ROT! As you can see also the rockers and welds from floors to rockers are perfect and original. The car has many options including many Mach 1 options. Some have been possibly added but not sure which ones or if any, maybe the car is a special order rare freak of a car! (A local mustang friend of a friend was impressed with the car and said that the mach 1 stuff looks to be originally on this car and NOT added! IT DEFINITELY IS NOT REPRO STUFF) This is the original color of the car and it has had one repaint with very little, if any, bodywork. Interior is nice except for wear on front seats (which I am sure you will change anyway), the door panels are nice, the dash itself is very nice and the dash pad is perfect, The headliner is in exc. orig shape (pictured), the rear seat looks like it was never sat in! Options include factory A/C, fold down rear seat, rear window slats, magnum 500 wheels, original (never restored) black interior (other then front seats as mentioned earlier), power steering, mach 1 hood, mach 1 tail panel (honeycomb), mach 1 dash and emblem, front spoiler and much more! The car was painted 25 years ago in its original color and the tops of the car are a little faded at this point but car has had little rust ever. Inner fenders/shock towers were never repaired and are perfect (pictured), floors and trunk are very original and mostly solid. I have a very good original 1970 (dated) rear bumper and a brand new front bumper that will go with the car. Car runs and drives fine with exc. tires but has small exhaust leak in the front part of the exhaust closer to the manifold. Overall the car is a very good car without ever having the typical mustang rust. I have the clear NY title to transfer the car to the new owner.
