1970 Other Makes Rupp

Up for sale is my 1970 Rupp Enduro! I know zero about these things. I got it for my son but after researching it and seeing that they are quite collectable I figured instead of him tearing it up. I would sell it and get him something else. Here is what I know. It runs great and pulls me along at no problem! Im 6 foot 210 and it wont even hickup with me on it. Its automatic. It has a 4 hp Tec. I beleive it is all original except the seat has been recovered and I think the kill switch is newer. It does have all the wiring for lights but it has the stock plate on the front. The tires have 95% tread but do have some dry rot. Hold air fine just have some cracks. I believe it is complete except for a kickstand, chain guard and one break lever. Cable is there as is the mount, just not the handle. Other than that Im pretty sure its all original with most original parts. It also has a homemade air filter that is not original. The throttle is a little stiff but I think its because it has a crack in the plastic liner just below the throttle handle and maybe some water got in there and its a little rusty. Its not bad just worth mentioning. The throttle at the carb is smooth and free so its def in the cable. But it really isnt that bad. Just not as smooth as a newer bike. The tank and side covers have been painted flat black primer. The chrome fenders are in very good shape, the rims have some rust and the bottom of the handle bars at the clamp have some rust on them too. Most of the chrome other than the fenders have a little pitting and or rust on em. All though im not positive Im pretty sure all the parts other than the ones mentioned above are original and there but I could be wrong. Feel free to come see it and let me know if im wrong. And like I said. It runs great! It has a 4hp Tecumseh which I believe is 176cc and is pull start. So ride it as it is or restore it to new or do a little of both. I am also told the exhaust that is on it is very hard to find. Please ask any questions and I will do my best to answer them. Thanks and God Bless!
