Vehicle Detail
1968 FORD MUSTANG FASTBACK GT PROJECT CAR This auction is for a 1968 Ford Mustang Project Car. This fastback was recently rescued, along with a 1967 Fastback. Both cars had been sitting for many years behind a garage. The cars survived the move to our shop without bending the shell or damaging the rear window. The front window was already broke. The engine bay did not survive the move and we had to separate it from the rest of the car. Both doors are intact, as is the dash. Most of the flooring is gone, and rocker panels are separated at the rear quarters. The firewall did began to separated on the sides while loading it on the flatbed trailer. We have since installed some temp braces to support the car shell and firewall for future shipping. The car has the motor and transmission, not running. We have disassemble the front suspension and it is included with the car. Also comes with the 9" rear axle(disconnected). The rear axle is currently being media blasted. This car has a clean CLEAR TITLE, and matching window dash vin plate and engine bay stamp code. Please feel free to ask any questions with ebay email. 10 % SHIPPING SPECIAL: We will cover 10% of final shipping cost if both fastbacks are purchased together by the same winning bidder. SHIPPING and TRANSPORT: Due to the condition of this car, and no brakes and not running, car haulers will usually charge more money. For loading purposes, we use a large car lifter to load the car on the truck bed, at no aditional charge to you. And it most likely should to be unloaded the same way. SHIPPING TIP: A good idea is to check with local car auctions in your area and try to arrange the car unloading. Maybe offer them a small fee to unload the car. This will greatly help when arranging shipping details with the broker, and it may also save you some money with the car hauler. Easy on and Easy off the hauler. Thanks for Looking!
