Up for sale is my beautiful 1963 1/2 Ford Galaxie 500 XL. I have never sold anything on Ebay and I am listing this car on by brothers account. Let me start by saying that I love this car and I have looked all over the country for this exact car before finding it. It kills me to sell it and the reason for listing it on Ebay is because I couldn't bare the sight of it in my home town. It is not for sale locally. I want someone to buy this car that loves it as much as I do and that will treat this car like I have. This Car is UN-RESTORED! It has been painted some years ago before I purchased the car. The 390 Motor has a fresh Overhaul with about 10k miles on it. It has a nice raspy Camshaft and Longtube fenderwell Headeds and an Edlebrock 4 Barrel. The car is very strong!! The automatic transmission shifts perfect! The best thing about this car is the ride and the Driveability! You can literally go coast to coast in this car with the A/C on at 75mph, but it really likes 80. The car drives exceptionally well and rides just as well. Here is a list of the updates and modifications that have been done to the car. *Replaced Brake Shoes,Lines(3 Rubber and 1 Steel), Wheel Cylinders and converted to Silicon Brake Fluid. *New Rear Springs-Superior Spring *Replaced Shackle Bushing *New U-Bolts and 3 Inch Lowering Blocks *New Shocks *Charged A/C System with Freon and Oil *New all Steel Brake Lines *New front Coil Springs *New Lower Control Arm Bushings and Idler Arm *Converted from Generator to Alternator *New Outdoor Locks and Cylinders *New Ignition Switch and Tumbler Lock *Replaced Seat Belts *Removed, Repaired, and Reinstalled Floor Shift Assembly *New Turn Signal Switch *New Brake Light Switch on the Master *Absolutely Brand New Torque Thrush Style Rims and Brand New Tires!! * Quick detacth CD player and console in the car. I Did not want to remove the Factory Radio. You can Move The CD player around or simply unplug it by the painless wiring harness. This is a VERY VERY Nice Ford Galaxie. The only rust issue on the intire Car is Where the Spare Tire mounted in the trunk just like every other one i have seen. The replacement piece is only $75.00. I just never replaced it. All of the Chrome looks great and in tact and also all of the Factory emblems. This will make someone a great car for a long time to com.
