This M3 is super clean and outfitted in Imola Red with Black Nappa Leather Seats, which are in perfect condition. It’s loaded to the gills with the SMG Transmission, Premium Package, Xenon Headlights, 19” Wheels, Harmon-Kardon Premium Sound, Parking Sensors, Aluminum Interior Trim, M3 Floormats/Trunk Mat, and an Ipod cable. The only options this M3 is not equipped with are Navigation and the Cold Weather Package. This Florida M3 is always garaged and has never been smoked in. It has had 3 owners, but has not been abused. It's 100% stock except for some wider tires (245 fronts/275 rears), Aluminum paddle shifters (that match the Aluminum Interior Trim), and a K&N Air Filter. All scheduled maintenance has been performed and I have the maintenance records available. The engine compartment is clean and 100% free of any fluid leaks. This vehicle is in excellent condition inside and out and doesn’t need a thing. The next oil change is due in 8,000 miles. The front and rear brakes were replaced approximately 15,000 miles ago. The beautiful stock 19” Wheels are wrapped in Nitto NT555 tires that have approximately 40% of their tread life remaining (a picture of the tread depth is included), so new tires will be needed in approximately 6 months depending on your driving style. The transmission was replaced (under CPO Warranty) at 60,000 miles. The driver side Door Weather Molding and both the driver-side and passenger-side rear window moldings were just replaced due to weathering. Lastly, this vehicle was repainted by a professional shop in Dec 2008. The car was repainted when it was only four years old because it was vandalized. Some a-hole thought it would be a good idea to key the entire surface of the car and dent a couple of the quarter panels. The good news is that all of the damage was purely cosmetic and there was no structural or mechanical damage. My insurance company covered the claim and the $4,600 repair bill that ensued. I have a receipt for all of the work performed by the shop and it's guaranteed for the life of the vehicle. This wasn't your run-of-the-mill high volume, cheap paint job. The entire exterior of the vehicle was disassembled and the paint job was done the right way. Collision Revision is the name of the shop that did the work on the vehicle. Full disclosure, there are several paint chips (from stones) on the front bumper, a few nicks on the wheels (though none of the wheels have noticeable curb rash), and both the driver-side and passenger-side mirrors (the mirrors themselves, not the mirror housings) have some discoloration. Aside from these minor cosmetic issues, this car is in very good condition. Just as you would expect from an M3, this 3.2 V6 333 HP car is lightning quick, handles like a dream, and is extremely fun to drive. Don’t let the age or mileage of this car fool you, if you’re looking for a classic E46 that’s in very good condition, this is the E46 for you. I receive compliments about how beautiful this car is all the time - people cannot believe it’s a 2004 when I tell them. The Kelly Blue Book value on this car is around $18.5K - my reserve is well below that, so it's priced to sell. This is my daily driver, so the mileage may be slightly higher at the time of purchase.
