The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a Gorgeous, Pearl White 2009 Nissan 370z Touring with only 15,452 miles. There has been only one owner since new, and the vehicle history report is clean without any damage history. This Nissan has never been in an accident. The title is clean and clear without any liens or encumbrances. This 370z was one of the last built in 2009, and was originally purchased brand new in February 2010, which is the original warranty start date. The bumper to bumper warranty is 3-years/36,000 miles which is through February 2013. The White exterior of this 370Z is just about indistinguishable from a new one on the showroom floor. There isn’t a dent, scratch or ding on this entire body. The interior is super clean and in beautiful condition. The seats are leather with perforated cloth inserts. This car has heated seats, traction control, keyless entry, push button start, and factory Bluetooth capability. The carpeting is clean and in perfect condition. There aren’t any stains, holes or damage on any of the seats or carpeting. This was a non smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors inside this vehicle. This is a gorgeous Nissan, which is ready to be picked up and driven anywhere in the country. WARRANTY: This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. We are not a retail dealership, so it is very important to coordinate your arrival with us before finalizing your plans. We are usually open from 9AM to 4PM weekdays, and are closed on weekends. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $40, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
