1960 EDSEL RANGER4-DOOR SEDAN Model 58A comes with standard interior trim and has a total production of only 1,126 units. Color is coded as "Z". Trim is coded as "25", and the Date is "09K". These details were taken off the door jam plate. This car was driven into a chicken coop and left there for the last 40+years. Recently a friend of ours saved it from going to the salvage yard. Motor, exterior, interior, and everything else is original factory editions. The front seat still wears the plastic installed at the factory, although it is torn to shreds. There are no keys, so we do not know if motor will turn over. There is rust along bottom exterior body and a 3" diameter hole in the floor on the drivers side (see pic). All the chrome is accounted for, although two pieces are not attached, we do have them. There is only 1 letter missing, a "D", two are shown missing in the pictures, but one is in glove box. The front dash ashtray is missing, unless it's in the trunk, but with no keys, we're not sure. Update on the front seat: it has torn seam and small section of seat foam is pitted and the vinyl is cracked looking, back seat has about a 2" tear and looks good otherwise. Headliner has no tears. All 4 hub caps are on tires. 3 of the hub caps are in great condition, but the 4th one has some pitting about 3-4" in length but not too wide. More pictures have been added showing the condition of the body trim. This Edsel Ranger is sold as is, no warranties included. No title on this vehicle, but we will provide a bill of sale.
