We purchased this car for our son on July 23, 2010, and gave it to him in January of this year after he turned 18. When we purchased the car we were told he had put in a used motor which had approximately 71,000 miles on it. Our son has put approx. 6,000 miles on the motor since we purchased the car. On July 24, 2010 we purchased an Injen cold air intake from Performance Products in Knoxville, TN for $174.95 (I have the receipt). On September 18, 2010, we purchased a left lower control arm from NAPA for $79.99 (I have the receipt), we also purchased a left axle on the same date (looking for the receipt). On August 5, 2010, I took my son to pick up the car from Ed Combs Auto Upholstery where I had a new headliner installed, as he was coming out of the upholstery shop a Jeef clipped the front end and that is why you see a new bumper cover (black) that does not match the color of the car. The new bumper cover was purchased on April 1, 2011 from Ducky's at a cost of $75.00. My son has left for the Army on July 4, 2011, and is stationed at Ft. Benning, GA. He informed us during our visit with him last weekend, that he wanted to sell his Eclipse and purchase a newer vehicle. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask. I have added lots of pictures, however, if there is something in particular you would like a picture of please just ask. The car runs very good and has a few minor scraps and dents. I have tried to accurately describe the car to the best of my ability. The car will need to be paid for within 48 hours of purchase. My son is coming home on October 21, before being stationed at Ft. Hood, Texas and he will be purchasing a newer vehicle before he drives to Ft. Hood at the end of next month. In the back of the car I have a racing steering wheel my son had ont he car (my husband replaced it with the original steering wheel), the original air box (it has an aftermarket one), as well as, a turbo my son was itnerested in adding to the car (it was never added, however, there is no reason for me to keep the extra parts).
