Up for sale we have a 1998 Jeep Wrangler Sport featuring the 4.0L motor hard top. This jeep was traded-in for another car and that is how we got it. The jeep runs and drives very good. The 4.0L motor starts right up and it sounds healthy and with 93K miles this motor hasn't even broken in yet! The automatic transmission shifts very smooth with no delays. The 4x4 goes in and out perfect and it operates as it should. I've personally driven this jeep many times and it runs great and handles great . The front-end is nice and tight with no play and not all over the road like most jeeps out there. The jeep comes with hard top only. The outside body is very clean for the year. The fenders pointed with the finger have some light rust on them but nothing crazy nothing major. The undercarriage frame is solid. This jeep is equipped with A/C. The CD Player is aftermarket and currently doesn't work- (most likely it has a blown fuse.) The inside is pretty clean and well kept. Being a 1998 there are barely any signs of wear or tear. Looking at the tires they are in excellent condition with plenty of tread left on them. Over all this is a great running jeep. There are no warning lights on dash.
