1 owner Autocheck spotless 2000 Jetta TDI Turbo Diesel Volkswagen Wolfsburg Edition (Loaded) with ALL of the options! 1.9 liter turbo charged Diesel that gets SUPER fuel mileage and still has great power and performance. The car has not leaking anything and it has been maintained very well as you can see. I had Dorschel Volkswagen give this car a through check over at my expense so you can see just what you are buying. Dorschel is the main Volkswagen Dealership here in Rochester New York so I wanted these people to really look this car over good. My full description and the pictures will provide you with the rest of the information you will need to make a great decision on this car. This car is NO RESERVE and will only sell to the highest bidder at the end of this auction. I will have the car in my warehouse until it is picked up by the new owner, or shipper. I won't list it anyplace else or sell it before the end of the auction. Schedule to make a winning bid and put the time in your calandar to be ready to make your bid. Now for the information. Dorschel found that the timing belt looks in very good condition. The car checked out very good and passed New York State Inspection. They found that the strut mount bushings should be changed eventually and a lower ball joint on the passenger side is going to be due for a change. There is no evidence of a clunk, noise in the front end at all or even a hint that these things are due right now. The car runs and drives excellent. The vehicle is due for some glow plugs since they are tight to get out. I guess this is how they check the newer diesels because there is no delay to start up this car in the cold and it fires right up every time. The mechanic said the car was very low on oil but it was not. The margin on the dip stick is a quarter of an inch. I have put 850 miles on this car and checked it at the beginning and end and it was consistant. The motor is strong as can be. The turbo does it's thing very well. The car has great power at all speeds. Even when it's cold the car has no problem getting up and going. The clutch feels great. No evidence of problems at all with the clutch or gears. Every gear switches with ease and reverse is the same. The brakes are 4 wheel disk brakes with ceramic pads. No chatter or pulsation at all. They stop the car very quick and are responsive. The tires are all matching 205/55/16 inch Michelin tires all the way around and are 1/2 worn and balanced very well. The wheels are the Wolfsburg Edition BBS 16 inch wheels and they show very nice on the silver car. The wheels have been touched up on the lip from some corrosion but it was done pretty well. You have to look for the spots that were detailed up. The black leather seats are in amazing condition!!!! Super clean inside and it reminds me of an Audi S4 I had a few years back. Heated sport seats that position in so many ways and even feature lumbar. The car is a non smoking car and no pets!! The headliner, carpets, dash and door panels are also very clean as well. The pride and care this car had shows of course. The Audio system is a Pioneer Navigation, USB, CD, Bluetooth, SD card system that pretty much does it all. It was over $500 and is new to the market today. The face removes and you can bring that part inside your home where you can turn it on and program your route. It is the perfect system for somebody that is on the road and a spare no expense feature of the car. I took special care to film EVERY detail of this car so you are well informed. I took every part out of the trunk well so you can see the condition of the car, the build sheet for the car, and every part and detail possible from your computer. The paint is brilliant on the car and is pollished to a glow. You will see the final picture in the rain to show how this car beads up it is so polished up. The car achieves over 40 miles per gallon and it does this all of the time for me. The air conditioning is nice and cold and I usually have it on since I like it cool. The heating system works perfect too. The power locks, power windows, power glass moonroof, heated seats, radio unit, power mirrors, horn, lights, dash lights, signals, wipers including intermittent, power outlets (console and trunk), trunk release, gas door release all are working. The light lenses are clear and shiney as can be! The cruise control is not working. A coutesy light switch is loose on the top light unit. There are some touch up spots on the rear bumper as well as stone chips that were touched up on the front bumper. There are a few door dings that are small and you really have to look for them. There is a dent on the lower rocker panel below the door on the passenger front side. The floor mats are not with the car and I don't have them. The books, VCR tape, and key fob are included with the car. I know that the Wolfsburg Edition emblems are not on the fenders as you would usually see with that Edition but the car has every option that the Wolfsburg Edition has. I didn't purchase mats because Wolfsburg Edition Mats are avalible, plain, rubber, and more options of mats are too. The new owner can decide. The windows have a tint film that is removable with some effort of course but I believe that is why the inside has survived so well. The carpets are jet black, the rear and front dash are jet black and in great shape. The leather is not dry from being exposed to too much sun. The tint on the windows allows the Air Conditioning to work more efficiently in the hot weather by blocking the heat rays. The car always had Synthetic oil changes every time it's entire life. The most miles traveled by the previous owner in one tank is 750 miles!!
