Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is a 1987 Red Chevy Nova. The car was jointly built by Chevrolet and Toyota that year so car is a Toyotal Corolla with the Chevy Logo on the car. I'm selling as a very good, reliable second car or for the student bound for college. The car starts very easily, runs with a lot of pep and gets good gas mileage. In the last year I drove the car from Iowa to New Mexico and back and also from Iowa to Florida and back with no mechanical problems. The car has new rotors and brake pads. All four tires are new with two rear tires being put on 9/24/2011. New washer pump put on 4/5/2011. On 6/1/2010 had mechanic replace water pump, crank seal, cam seal, and timing belt. The car has had excellent mechanical care. Car does burn a little oil and the main thing the car needs is a bit of body work. Rocker panels need to be replaced and there is rust in two front wheel wells and in two rear quarter panel areas. I've shown this in the pictures. The rest of the car still shines up pretty well. Interior I'd rate at about 7 out of 10. The car has Automatic transmission, good working radio and the A/C works very well. All guages, lights, wipers work very well. I believe this would make a very good second car or car for the student who wants an economical and reliable vehicle. Only selling as I own four vehicles and that's just a little bit too much for me. Happy Nova bidding! Is a four door sedan and all doors lock and all windows operate properly. Car being sold "AS IS" with no returns, refunds or guarantees.
