For sale is a 1955 Chevrolet 1st series pickup. It is the half ton model, and is in exceptional condition. It is being sold with the numbers matching 235 6 cylinder engine and 4 speed manual transmission. This body style was only made in Jan, Feb and March of 1955 until they switched to the newer body style. Note** The hood emblems shown in the picture are 54' emblems but truck is being sold with the correct 55' 1st series only emblems. This truck is a confirmed 1955. It has been stored indoors for the past many years and is a perfect candidate for restoration. It hasn't been started in years, but was driven into the parking spot in the barn where it sat. It shouldn't take much to get it going. Interior is in great shape for its age and shows little to no rust. Truck is located in Spokane, Washington and buyer will be responsible for shipping from here. Besides being a great restoration candidate, this truck would also be the perfect foundation for a custom, hot rod, or show truck, as the foundation is very solid and it is complete.
