1982 BMW R65LS. Nice bike, runs great, registered, no leaks, ride it home... For those of you that aren't familiar with this model the R65 LS features an 18" front wheel and shorter forks for a lower, more nimble ride. Dual disc front brakes give real stopping power. This one is nice but not perfect. The fairing was a bit scratched up when I got it but it is included with sale. I removed the speedometer and centered the Tach for a simpler look. It comes with a real nice San Jose BMW fork brace, luggage [ a bit cracked but functional ] origional keys to fit steering lock, gascap and seatlock, origional tire pump, some tools under seat along with spare fuses, bulbs, ect. There are a couple of shallow dents in the gastank and a small tear under the seat where the seatlatch is. Tires are about 50%. Runs great, shifts fine, no funny noises, no leaks. Previous owner just registered it until sept 2012 but I haven't got new sticker yet. $200 Deposit due within 48 hours close of auction and balance due within 7 days auctions close. I will drop off at your preferred shipper if located in the greater Los Angeles area .I can deliver for $1 per loaded mile as long as it's paid for.
