Vehicle Detail
1970 Ford Bronco that has been a project of mine for last two in a half years and i have not even got the chance to enjoy it and i am almost complete with it but due to bad luck i need to sell it to help replace the chinese drywall that was used in the building of my new home. Bronco has a 302 and 3 speed on the floor. It can be put back on the tree. I still have the parts to do it and come with the bronco. This bronco also has the dana 44 front end with disc brakes in front. It is sitting on some like new 35 inch mud dawg tires that are in great shape. The Bronco has recently been painted with dupont emron paint big bad green and white. It has been checked over by a local mechanic. I have replaced all brake lines, master cylinder, plug wires, distributer, wheel cylinders, right and left axle seals, brake shoes, drums, backing plates, and brake calipers. I also just put in a new fuel pump and filter. All the parts came from Tom's Bronco Parts except the pump and filter. I have installed a new gauge cluster that is only showing 15 miles That is all I put on it since I've had it It's mainly been in the body shop and mechanic shop since I've owned it. The mechanic said it could use a new carberator , it cranks and idles fine and drives fine in 1st and 2nd but starts missing and running rough in 3rd.Mechanic said gas and air mixture not right , and reason i did not go ahead and put one on cause i was waiting till i got it all finished and was going to be drivin instead of sitting up cause that is what is wrong with it now it has been sitting up for two years. As I said, a local mechanic did all the work and I have receipts to show. I put the 3 speed floor shifter in and also new fender flares. It still needs seats and armrests, and one windsheild wiper. I have one and the motor. It will need to be put back on. I also have a Best Top soft top for it. It's black. For some reason the lights are dim but they are new. It does need new bulb in the taillights and parking lights to get them to work. Also when they hooked up the new gauge cluster, they didn't hook up the gas. I didn't realize it when I brought it home. The old one worked. I still have it and it is included. It is showing 122,000 miles on it. The bronco just has a couple of bad spots in the paint due to using Dupont Emron paint. It has a hairline crack on the hood and another on the driver side back panel and i mean hairline hard to spot. The interior is in good shape it is black tuff lined, and the dash is color of exterior with door panels white. It does have two small rust holes behind each fender well on the bed and the fenders are dented in but you won't notice once seats are put in. It does have a drive seat where it can be driven for a test but it is not safe for a long trip. It will need to be trailered. So pretty much all this bronco needs to be ready for the road is new carb or one on it rebuilt, seats, and seatbelts. The Bronco is from Georgia originally and in Georgia there is no title for these older vehicles. I have a bill of sale and the paperwork from the last time it was registered in GA by the guy I bought it from. I haven't gotten it regestired in Mississippi yet due to it not being finished. MS says that all I need to do is send off to GA to get a letter from them stating there is no title and I can get it registered here. The cost for that is $5.00. I am not sure of the laws in other states. The Bronco is very solid. It's not perfect but it is nice. If you have questions or want more pictures, let me know. My home number is 228-588-0228. Cell is 228-990-7046. Or shoot me an email through ebay. The bronco is listed to sell no reserve. Please do not waste my time do not bid if you do not plan on buying. This is my last time to post if no buyer this time i just keep it and finish it once I have this house issue behind me. On Sep-03-11 at 14:03:42 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention the driver side vent window is plexi glass sealed in. It was like that when I bought it. I planned to replace it one day. It shouldn't be hard. I will add anything else I think of. I am trying to be as clear on this as I can. Please email or call with any questions or for specific pictures.
