Reason for sale is that I have secured a later model BMW 3-series, and there simply isn't room for any more cars on the premises. This car is ready for everyday use, is quite quick, and received a new battery this past winter. You can take a long trip if you like without worrying. Since this is a 1995 model, you probably want to know if there are any issues, so any known will be mentioned here. There are 3 rust spots that I can think of. The driver side door lower right corner, Driver side rear wheel well, and near right bottom corner of trunk lid. (The usual 3-series location) Pictures do show this. The car was involved in a minor parking lot incident before I got it. The passenger side front fender was replaced, but the paint job leaves something to be desired, so you will see some weathering there. This happened way before Carfax or Experian car records existed. The accident reported concerns when this car was involved in a minor low speed accident in a slippery narrow street affecting the front and rear bumpers. A woman turned without warning into her driveway without signals, causing a car in front to stop suddenly on black ice. I hit her back bumper, and another car hit me in back. The lady who caused the accident ran into her house and hid! Damage was repaired by a licensed auto body shop. I believe the cooling system is due for a flush. The car computer indicates problems with taillights, but they work fine. SPECIAL NOTE! I went to pick up the winter wheels & tires today from storage. One of the tires was ruined by a pothole late last winter, which I had forgotten. One of the steel has a dent in it, but it is repairable. So you get 3 good winter tires (Hakkapelitta), and 1 repairable rim. I just want to be honest with the eBay community. Oil is up-to-date, with name brand synthetic on board. This was will cruise for hours on end at much greater than legal speeds. Please note that I do not condone exceeding posted speed limits. If you know anything about BMWs, you know they will go for many hundreds of thousands of miles assuming proper maintenance. This car should follow that tradition.
