Vehicle Detail
This is one rare 1960 GMC Carryall Suburban originally from California and was purchased new by the California Telephone Company. The truck was then purchased by a gold propector, then bought by a gentleman in Colorado where it was used on a farm. Truck was running great this past spring but will probably need a rebuilt new carb and battery. It has a factory winch and also has the split front bumpers on either side, not currently mounted. There is a plow frame that can be removed to accomodate split front bumpers. The frame and floorboards are amazingly solid. Interior has original seats. There are some after market gauges on the dash. Body panels and doors are solid except for some rust at bottom of both front fenders, easily fixed with patch panels, but that is the only major rust on the truck. Truck as a nice height and aggresive stance. The only unoriginal part on the truck is the hood, which comes from a 1961 Chevrolet Apache. This GMC is an incredible candidate for restoration because of the current condition of the frame and body.
