This is a 1955 Chevy Bel Air. This car came fully loaded in 1955, with all the extra chrome trim. This car was bought originally in Anaheim California. It was brought here a few years ago, and it had NO RUST. The paint was in bad condition (faded) but the color (Navaho / Cream) is origianal and its a color you had to order from the factory not a color option that was available for sale. Last year the car went into the body shop and had the rocker panels redone along with all new paint all around. The paint was restored to original, to match what I assume is the original interior. The interior is not perfect however it was always more than adequate for me. I never saw any reason to change it out. The engine is all original it has the optional oil filter which was an add on in 1955. its a stock straight 6 cyl engine. The car has a brand new battery in it installed at the very end of last season. The car runs and drives. It leaks a little transmission fluid, never bothered me. I just check it a couple of times a year and refill it. It is a beautiful car and a great family car. It will definitely turn heads and is great for car shows and summer cruising.
