Rare One Owner Florida 1985 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 Silverado w/DNE2 Towing Transmission This auction is for an original One Owner Florida 1985 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 Silverado with a 7.4L 454 engine and optional DNE2 Towing transmission. Additional photos available upon request (please include your email address since i cannot send pics through ebay server.) Mileage: 53,850. It is a 5-digit odometer, but judging by its overall condition, the mileage appears to be accurate. Local owner from Zephyrhills, FL according to the Autocheck car history report. Please check out the photos, the suburban is in good original condition. The seats are velour and are in excellent shape. I have the original floor mats (not pictured) for the front and back. The truck is equipped with the optional DNE2 dual-range electronically-controlled auxiliary transmission that functions as a two-speed axle, allowing for direct overdrive or direct underdrive. Since the truck has spent its entire life in Florida, the air conditioning is working well and there is barely any corrosion on the body. It is 26yrs old, so some minor surface corrosion is a given. I have pictures of the undercarriage also upon request. All major components are in working condition, the engine starts easily and is in good working condition. This is a classic truck, and as with all classic trucks, it will require a little tinkering on occasion. I grew up in New England and i have fond memories of these suburbans. The rear tailgate window does work. The red exterior paint is newer and the rear two doors were also retouched, around the edges and the bottom.
