This is a 1977 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with only 17000 miles all original. The engine is a 350 4BL carb. the trans. is a 3SP-ALTC. The truck has 54 items listed on the original sales sheet one is air condition. The truck is like new. On February 1 1977 Brewer Chevrolet in Homer Illinois sold Mr. Herbert Thompson this pickup he owned this truck until the mid 1990 s. During that time he put only 17000 miles on it in 17 years. He sold it back to Brewer Chevrolet who put it on display in the showroom. While the truck was on display customers would come in and want to talk about the 1977 pickup and would be distracted from the newer vehicles so they brought it to Auburn Indiana car show in 1997.
