I am the 2nd owner of this beautiful 05 dark green Jeep Grand Cherokee "Trail Rated" Laredo. It is ALL TIME ALL WHEEL DRIVE. This yields and extremely sure footed and safe vehicle especially in rain/sleet/snow and off road. It is virtually unstoppable. I bought it in April of last year so owned it about 18 months. I have put about 18K miles on it in that time. It can get up to 19MPG and as little as 10MPG towing. It will safely tow about 6000+ lbs. It has the tow package and full 2" hitch with trailer wiring. I have easily towed trailers with golf cart and mowers from time to time. It has the 4.7litre "semi-hemi" powerful V8 engine in it. There are no fuel, oil or other leaks. NO RUST - southern car. I bought it from the original owners in Montgomery, AL. He and I both only use fully synthetic oil. He liked Mobil1 and I run Valvoline synthetic. The brake rotors were warped when I got the Jeep due to the original owner pulling a 5000lb boat and trailer without trailer brakes. I decided to install hi-performance cross-drilled front rotors and $95 brake pads and now they are flawless. I bought 4 brand new Michelin LTX tires for it about 10K miles ago and they are like new. I installed the top of the line Advance Auto $200 battery about 2 months ago. I have owner’s manual, BOTH keyless entry keys and I believe the original window sticker. I will post pic of it if I find it. Nonsmoker, car is clean inside with a few faint drink stains in the light gray cloth interior. I have not tried to professionally clean the very light stains. I have two teenagers so waste of time for me. While I rate the mechanics at 10 on this Jeep, the paint is about 6-7 unfortunately (I am very picky). The original owner had done some poor touch ups and then my son took it off road a few times and put various scratches in the paint. There are no dents or any rust however. The pictures are very detailed and I tried to show all of the flaws. This is not your vehicle if you want to wax it every weekend and keep it in the air conditioned garage :-) It is a very good looking vehicle, just has lots of little paint problems. I figure this takes away $500-$1000 from the value. It has two other flaws. First is the AC/heater fan only runs on high. This is a simple $70 fix and I have the part (plus wiring harness). It is a resistor pack that installs behind the glove box. I bought the part but have not installed it yet. It looks to be about a 60-90 minute job. Shop might change $100 to install? Second fault is the passenger airbag warning sensor (in seat I think). When there is someone in the seat, no problem. Empty you get a air bag warning indicator in the dash. I have not even looked into that yet. Maybe a switch in the seat? I will either get both of these fixed prior to the sale OR offer the winning bidder something like $250 off the winning price IF they want to deal with these two issues themselves. I have been 100% honest and otherwise this is a really nice vehicle. It drives very smooth and quiet. Watch your speed because with the V8 and so smooth is creeps easily past 80 on the highway. KBB good rating with all options and mileage is $13,085. This does not account for the paint or 2 minor interior issues I described. I hope to get about $11-12K for the vehicle BUT I am going to offer this at NO RESERVE!!! I will start the bidding at $5000. Good luck bidding.
