This 1983 Hurst/Olds is a rare jewel, only 3000 were made. Beautiful condition, the interior and exterior were refurbished in 2006-2008 new interior, carpet and paint. over $25,000 invested plus $12,500 spent buying it new! One owner, bought it new in 1983 T-Tops Lightning Rod Shifters Comes with Original 307 SBO motor and a 1970 455 Big Block olds (currently in the car). True dual exhaust, has 2 thrush glasspacks currently on the car, sounds incredible! 455 has been bored 30 over to make 461 cubic inches, has Holley 750 double pumper, Edelbrock performer intake manifold, MSD Distributor, Chrome serpentine belt kit from march performance, Stock heads, Stock headers, Massive radiator with twin electric fans to keep it cold. Never been on dyno or taken to track, but estimated 415 HP at flywheel when motor is running properly, and well over 500 ftlbs of torque!. No A/C. 4 Inch tall air intake that functionally draws air through the fiberglass cowl hood that is currently on the car Car comes with Both motors and both the stock hood and the aftermarked fiberglass hood (currently on the car). Stock hood is in immaculate condition, the black on the aftermarked hood has faded from the sunlight. Alternator, Starter, and Battery are all new (less than 2k miles on them) Original motor (307) has roughly 145k miles on it, new motor (455) has roughly 10k miles on it. Car has stock wheels, suspension, t-tops, and TH 200-R4 transmission that has been rebuilt. Needs to be rebuilt sometime soon, some slippage between gears has started to occur. Comes with original steering wheel, right now aftermarked Chrome 3 spoke wheel is installed. Has a pioneer head unit hooked up two 4 aftermarket speakers ( 2 4X10's and 2 4X6's i believe), and also two 12 inch Subs in the trunk with a roadrunner amp ( maybe 200-300 watts)plays CD's and has an auxiliry imput for mp3s Front right quarter panel has a barley noticeable dent that can be easily removed without losing paint Clicking noise just started coming from left side of the motor, assuming it is coming from either a valve or a lifter. Edlebrock has a sweet set of high performance heads that I would buy if i had the cash!! Fun car that will give you whiplash when its dialed in! unfortuantley I can't afford it any more, fortunatley it is because im getting married! (Glory to God!)
